when i went cycling today i nearly fainted cause i was cycling really fast for like 4km straight and i havent been cycling much so i think i overexerted myself and i didnt feel tired at all when i was cycling and so when i got off my bike i suddenly felt super tired and wobbly so i went to sit down and i only got up like after 10mins. hahahha what a long sentence. i think i was dehydrated. what i learnt is drink more water!
